  • Race numbers may only be collected by the athlete in the presence of his or her legal guardian, upon presentation of proof of identity.

  

COURSE

SWIMMING - 50m

  • Start out of the water as a rolling start (20 athletes / 1min)
  • A 50m loop.
  • Wetsuits are mandatory.

ATTENTION: Training in the lake is not allowed before the race day

Cycling - 2km

  • 1 round trip of 2km on road

Race - 400m

  • 1 round trip of 400m on the road.

 

LOTS AND PRIZES

The top 3 boys and girls in the overall ranking will be called up to the podium.
